Cancellation Policy
Intake Form Clients must complete the intake form at least one week before booking a new appointment. This ensures we can tailor the consultation to your specific needs. Payment and Contracts No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Payments: All payments are due at the time of booking. Contracts: All contracts must be signed and submitted no less than 5 days before the confirmed appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling Confirmed Cancels: Can be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will need to pay and reschedule.
